Description

DiamondLiner™ is a fully engineered solution for large diameter pipes. It uses the existing pipe form to create a new pipe within a pipe, capable of handling required loads of the original pipe design, even if it is severely eroded or corroded.

The DiamondLiner System™ begins with a layer of SLS Epoxy System™, followed by the installation of specified carbon coils manufactured for the application. Citadel’s composite design uses proprietary technology of 100% solids epoxy and high tensile strength carbon.

Strength of the DiamondLiner System™ is increased as a final layer of SLS Epoxy System™ is applied over the carbon. Installation is completed in less time without excavation or demolition of the existing pipe.

DiamondLiner™ restores and improves flow characteristics of the rehabilitated pipe where many older power plants are experiencing failure in circulating water systems.
