Citadel Technologies offers training at our factory in Tulsa, Oklahoma or on-site training plans to qualify and certify technicians that shall be responsible for the installation of DiamondWrap. Application shall be made through the Sponsoring Company.

In order to provide the best training possible, please request training at least 30 days in advance.

Training will be conducted monthly by arrangement.

Level I Applicator Certification

Provides a working knowledge structural DiamondWrap composite systems, what is in a DiamondWrap Kit, how to prepare a pipe for installation, DiamondWrap epoxy system options available based on piping system operating requirements, understanding of various installation configurations, and instruction and teaching of technical skills to correctly install the DiamondWrap System.

Enrollment includes cost of Factory Certified Instructor, training manual, DiamondWrap Kits to complete a 3” tee, 4” elbow, 6” pipe wrap, and repair accessories. Installer Certification shall be awarded to the student upon successful completion of a written examination, and successful hydro testing of all completed wraps to established test standards. Certified Installers must meet annual testing requirements established by Citadel Technologies to maintain status as a Level 1 Certified Installer. An individual leaving employment of the Sponsoring Company must be re-certified.

For On-Site Training, Sponsoring Company Provides:

Training Schedule start/end time, lunch
Training room, projection screen or wall
Test pipe set and stand for each student (pipe drawings provided)
Water supply for hydro-test
Hydraulic hand pump (Granger 6w461, Enerpac P-142 or equivalent)
